How does chat translation work?
When you send a message, it's automatically translated to the guest's language. The guest replies in their language, and you receive a translation. We support 95+ languages.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No! BookiApp is designed for easy use. Add your property, enter information, and send the link to guests. That's it.
What is the Early Adopter plan?
The Early Adopter plan is an exclusive offer for the first 50 users. You get all Pro features for just 69 EUR/year, forever. Once filled, it won't be available again.
Can I use BookiApp with Booking.com and Airbnb?
Absolutely! BookiApp is NOT a replacement for Booking.com or Airbnb. It is an add-on that improves guest experience AFTER booking. Calendar syncs with Booking.com and Airbnb via iCal.
How do guests access the portal?
Send guests a link or QR code via SMS, email, or Booking/Airbnb messages. Guest opens in their mobile browser - no App Store installation needed. Optionally, they can add it to their home screen as an app.
What if the guest has no internet?
BookiApp is a PWA app that works offline. Once a guest opens the portal, all info (WiFi, directions, rules) is available without internet. Chat of course requires a connection.
Can I embed the calendar on my website?
Yes! BookiApp generates an embed code you can place on any website. The calendar shows real-time availability and syncs with Booking.com/Airbnb.
Is BookiApp a replacement for Rentlio?
No. Rentlio is a PMS (property management and channel manager). BookiApp is a Guest Experience Portal - a guest app with chat, guide, recommendations and notifications. They work great together.
